What “one working day” means in practice — and where it gets longer.

  • First reply ≤ 1 working day from Hyojin or Yejin.
  • Cohort match ≤ 2 working days with 1–2 honest options.
  • Private engagement quote ≤ 5 working days after the intake call.
  • Refund acknowledgement ≤ 2 working days, decision within 5.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding the public holidays of the Republic of Korea.
