About this programme
A short, dense workshop for senior engineers who already know two clouds and need a vocabulary for designing across all three. We cover identity federation, traffic management, secret distribution, and the most common multi-cloud anti-patterns. The final week is a peer-reviewed design exercise scored against a shared rubric.
What is included
- Identity federation patterns with worked examples for each cloud
- Traffic management module covering DNS, anycast, and failover trade-offs
- Anti-patterns library with three real case studies
- Vendor lock-in scoring rubric you can use at work
- Final design review with two peer reviewers and one mentor
- Reading pack of fifteen curated source documents
Outcomes you can speak to
- Score a multi-cloud design against the lock-in rubric and defend the result
- Recommend a workload home cloud with a written, one-page rationale
- Run a focused design review and produce written feedback for a peer

What recent learners said
“The lock-in scoring rubric is now in our internal wiki. The peer review session was uncomfortable in the way it needed to be.”
“Short and sharp. I would take it again.”
